Lisa MaryBLEZARDOf Accrington passed away peacefully in hospital on December 8, aged 74 years. The devoted and much loved wife of Richard, a dear sister, auntie, cousin and friend.

Family flowers only please donations are being gratefully received in Lisa's memory on behalf of MIND and Lupus UK.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 30, prayers at Champ Funeral Services at 11.40am followed by Service and Committal at Accrington Crematorium at 12.20pm.
